I hope everyone had a nice Easter, Passover, or Ramadan.
In today’s update, there truly is something for everyone. You like to learn about research? We’ve got it. Family assistance? Check. Advocacy? Check. Want to be inspired by young people? We’ve got you covered there as well. I hope you find this update motivating. Thanks for your support.

Thank you to the students of NYU, LaSalle University (PA), and Paul VI High School (NJ) for all your hard work and CONGRATULATIONS on your successful events. These three schools raised $466,418, $19,704, and $27,770, respectively. You are enabling us to help SO many families!
ACCELERATE Pediatric Strategy Forum
Last week, I attended the ACCELERATE Pediatric Strategy Forum at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. The B+ Foundation is the lead underwriter of the ACCELERATE platform which brings together Industry (pharma), Academia (clinician researchers), Advocates (B+), and Regulators (FDA, EMA, Health Canada, etc.) This two day forum was attended -virtually or in person - by representatives from 27 countries!!! It was another fascinating meeting. Every day, one step closer…

B+ Hero Kimora
You’ve given a lifeline to Kimora’s Mom, a survivor of domestic violence, who is at wit’s end with her daughter’s life or death battle.
“Thank you so so much. I was so depressed due to my bills piling up and planned to stay in bed sleeping all day. This email has made me feel hopeful and relieved. It’s nice to know that there are still people in this world that care. I know it’s not enough to cover all of my bills but these were the top two that I just couldn’t figure out.
My heart goes out to you regarding your son and you are in my prayers. I don’t know what I would do if I was told my baby girl is not going to make it. It just seems so unfair how these things happen and we don’t understand it. I know I’m not supposed to question God but I do. I just want to know why and how?
Absolutely! As soon as Kimora wakes up and started her day I will let her know about the survey and we will loved to do everything else that is asked. I may not be able to do a video because I’m a survivor of domestic violence, but I can certainly write a handwritten thank you note.
From our heart and home to yours Thank You♥️♥️♥️”
B+ Hero Kandice
Keep believing in God, Kandice. Can’t wait to see what a great nurse you’re going to be!!!
